Second the motion. VIA 1 is very nice, and at 60 cents on the dollar, it's cheap. VIA has a train station at Dorval, but you can't walk between the terminal and the train station. If you use the Dorval station, you'll take a Toronto-Montreal or Ottawa-Montreal train for the last 10 km into Montreal Central Station, where you can catch a Quebec train... or, if the timing isn't right, just take a taxi to Central.
