This is really getting from bad to worse.
- First the information on the Swiss homepage which I still believe is against the law.
- Now an example of customers being pushed to sign documents.
- On the other side, the "official" representative of LX who joins the forum - then leaves it when customer would need him most, only just to reapear now saying he doesn't know, and now wanting to gain more time by saying the legal deparatment is working on it.
- And to top it off, the CEO of LX said in an interview with Swiss TV that he's seeking compensation. I hope he gets the same cooperation from the government that he's offering to his customers.
Swiss, where have you gone?
