To lash the dead horse a few more times. Any airline that plays it "tough" is guaranteed no future business from me. Frankly, I have to think they'd rather not have business if it means having to care about customers.
I don't understand why airlines should be on the hook. This was not their fault and in fact the airlines pressed like crazy to get the skies open again. And for Rynair, while I would probably never fly the airline it does not seem to be lacking for passengers.
