You know, there is quite a huge range between that and wearing dressy clothes and shoes. Dressy clothes and (especially) shoes may limit your running ability and cause you to miss a connection when your inbound flight is late.

Also, if you think obesity looks bad, it probably would not look that much better wrapped in a suit.
