I believe South America to be an exceedingly popular destination and reward seats may very well be snapped up as soon as they are released. So it may be a case that they have already taken by people planning 12 months in advance.

Sorry that you have not been able to find something that suits your plans. Have you looked possibly going via the US maybe?
