I had award tickets from ORD-NAS via FLL. They cancelled my well chosen ORD-FLL flight and put us all on a much earlier flight with a 4-5 hour layover. There are many routes from ORD-NAS and I asked for something more suitable but whoever I spoke to was not at all accomodating. Do I have any recourse or am I stuck?
