Some fare classes and types of fare are non changeable and non refundable. It will be best to contact BA direct or whoever you booked the flights with.

It is also possible that its greyed out as Ba.com has been charging people to rebook their fares during the disruption which is not fair on the passengers that have been disrupted, so BA has disabled this function temporarily.

Give them a call and try and get them to sort it for you.

May be better to wait a few days until all the disruption chaos sorts itself out.
