Can someone confirm that since the Delta-Northwest merger Delta has not
cut flights at CVG, those flight cuts were made before the merger and the impact of the closing of a concourse at CVG is a result of pre-merger cuts.
Delta promised it would not significantly cut flights at any of the hubs with he merger and I just wanted to verify they kept their promise.
