They really are well produced.
I find it fascinating how many accidents occur due to a series of errors / problems. Frustratingly, in hindsight they are sometimes quite obvious.
I'm not sure if they reassure you or not.^ One of the programmes involved a runway incursion at LAX which resulted in a B737 (???) totalling a smaller plane on hold. It went into detail about incursions at US airports and I have to admit it is one of the occasions where I am apprehensive at 'flying'. I hate taxiing at some US airports .
