Is the 0800 727 800 number still 24hrs? I'm heading to Lagos airport to catch a flight...but EC Club had to send through for 'urgent ticketing' as booking was made 10 minutes ago (flight at 23:00) - I forgot to ask if the line was open 24hrs as it would make it much easier if I have any problems at the (often hostile) airport.
