I posted this elsewhere: On Radio 4 the "experts" seemed quite incredulous that he would even think about doing that. They also said that when the EU regulation was signed back whenever it was, him and a few other CEOs were "incensed" at it. So, hopefully he will get his chance in court to defend his stance.
