Your reservation will still be honored in that they will provide a car for you, whether or not it's your original rate will depend on if your new rental period qualifies for it or not (ie. you might get kicked from a weekly to a daily rate). Your return time is always dependent on your pickup time, so if you pickup at 3pm instead of noon you have until 3pm the next day to return before being charged for an extra day and so on.
