Since both you and JC have called DL on this issue and gotten the same answer, I'm quite sure we've had another "enhancement." However, I sent in an e-mail to see if I could actually get the rules for this award in writing. I'll post when I get a response, however, I haven't even received the typing form response stating "We have received your message... experiencing a high e-mail volume... may take a while to respond..." I'm betting things are all screwed up because of the volcano.
