Mileage run on 9W

I was fiddling around at http://matrix.itasoftware.com. With flight count targets (esp in domestic Y) seemed to be easier to get as opposed to miles for status, what if one did a route like this:

This is MAA-DEL-JAI-BOM-BLR. Of course, it takes you 16 hours do what's otherwise 45 min. but hey, that's why these are MRs

Can't one earn 4 flight counts as opposed to 1? And the fare is INR 3979!
