What's a "diamond reserve"? Is that a DM who holds the Amex Reserve card? Perhaps we need another two-letter moniker: DR. Paging DR. Evan!
What's a "low SkyMiles flight"? Does that mean one can get low mileage awards? How does this relate to a B fare or the upgrade list?
Perhaps as
rylan stated there were irops that re-booked a bunch of people in Y. Because of volcano week could some of 1 through 5 have been pilots (Delta or not) being re-positioned? Does EF have a track record of rarely being wrong?
