If you're the one booking yourself into these dumps then you've no one to blame but yourself. A long time ago these type places were generaly OK. Now I avoid them.

If you want a long term stay with some type of kitchen then you need to go up more market such as Homewood, Springhill, Townplace, or Embassy.
