SEA & PDX SC's don't start serving early enough IMHO (stuck with state/city laws) but one can have a beverage whenever it seems... Asked for a Pomegranite Martini as a pre-departure drink around 6 AM in PDX... but had to modify it to a bourbon since they wouldn't serve a mixed drink on the ground.

I've also done many a baileys or double with coffee on the red-eyes ex-ANC... on AS the whole way down so no real issue there either...
