The last couple times I was there for JL062 (which departs at around the same time as the YVR flight), the massage was available without a wait. I arrived around 1.5 hours before my flight. But I flew during JAL's worst time and there are not that many passengers so YMMV. If you really want the massage, arrive early...

From what I heard, the F lounge has nicer shower and food, and less people. Bnd that's about it.
