Actually, the roasted/grilled chicken from KFC is not that bad at all. Not the strongest flavor, and one wonders if the grill marks were painted on rather than seared, but all in all, it's a workable, healthy alternative.

I'd probably try this sandwich with cheese only (no sauce or bacon) and one side grilled and one side fried - it would be less fat, more flavor and just the right amount of protein after exercise.

I wish someone could do hamburgers this way - two less-greasy patties with the veggies in between, wrapped for clean handling.

Atkins dieters must have died and gone to heaven when this sandwich was announced - of course if they eat too many of them, that's exactly what might happen.
