I'm considering LAX-EZE-CPT-BOM-SIN-SYD-PPT-LAX but I don't know much about the carriers or planes. Any advice regarding specific routes, airlines, or planes?

Any cool destinations that would ordinarily be too expensive to pay for? I'd like to knock out some of the destinations that would generally be too expensive ie PPT.
