I can't use the request past receipt function, which is only valid after seven days (and for which you have to pay of course).

I called elite line, they said when they request it takes six weeks.

Have you looked in your profile on the Continental website. If you look at at "view all reservations" you will be able to see current reservations and past reservations as well. Once you open that tab you'll see the price you paid for your ticket
