Stupid Question - Getting a Receipt
Folks -
This is a bit stupid, but I'm trying to get a receipt for a flight last Thursday.
If I try to view receipt or request receipt on CO.com I get an error message, saying call technical support. They have a recording saying theyre busy, and it then disconnects.
I can't use the request past receipt function, which is only valid after seven days (and for which you have to pay of course).
I called elite line, they said when they request it takes six weeks.
Any suggestions?
