It's all relative mate.

The more I think about it, the more reasonable it seems. Of course, you have to go with the grilled version to lose 10g of fat and all that breading, and you could also lose the sauce and substitute mustard (which is usually nearly calorie-free). As an added bonus, if your KFC is like most fast food joints, if you ask for a sandwich without sauce they will have to make you a new one as opposed to handing you one from under the heat lamp, so there is that, too.

The actual chicken is fine, and the little bit of bacon - well, you have to indulge occasionally. And anyway, I eat a lot of bacon, and I'm okay.
