You've so many excellent options that it is indeed difficult to decide. First, you do have enough time, and the Panatanal will be marvelous. I don't know what you want to do in Bolivia but there are a few flights, for you most will be through GRU. There are wonderful hiking, trekking, rafting climbing options in Rio de Janeiro State around Teresopolis, in the south, Rio Grande do Sul and Parana have some excellent spots. Around Foz Igaucu there are wonderful hiking and wildlife viewing options, especially on the Argentine side. If you can get to Peru Macchu Pichu has excellent trekking options.

I know nothing much about Bolivia, so will not comment. If you have *A the big question is what you can do with TAM if they've completed processing by then. They have flights to nearly all the domestic and adjoining countries but I have no notion what the *A award options are for those flights.
