I apologize, I should have been more clear with the whole theme of my post. The bonus miles I was refering to (and that I received in Feb 2010) are not EQMs. They are bonus RDMs, earned at the normal preferred bonus rate (eg 25% for silver).
Therefore, let me re-phrase my original question...would a silver earn 25% bonus RDMs for an order through FTD, Biscoff, Office Max, etc?
At present, I'm not aware of any promotion or bonus offered through any shopping method. Right now whether you're CP or general member you'll get the same miles for buying cookies or flowers for mum.
Promotions come and go though, so who knows when the next will be. The last one was late 2009 when people racked up a ridiculous number of 250% bonus miles.
