I posted a similar question on the Volcano rebooking/cancel thread, but all I see there is moral debate about paying for hotels, etc.

I need to cancel award tickets that are half-used. I have paid for my family to return by train. It would be nice to find out the answer, but there is no reaching BAEC by telephone at this time.
