They're beautifully written and scored. But I wish the imagery had more people and less metal.
IMHO the best spot AA ever ran was a few years back -- the :60 about the night-shift mechanic who works all night making sure an aircraft is in perfect shape, then at sunrise he comes to a passenger concourse for a cup of coffee, a little bleary but proud, and watches in silence as a child checks in at the gate for a flight on the plane he just worked on... and the look of pride and ownership and commitment on that guy's face chokes me up about AA, even today.
