Jet had a program implemented at EWR for the 77w to allow paid upgrades from C to F for (I think) it was $1000, one-way to BOM, and I think $500 to BRU.
Didn't take the offer.

Am inflight manager at Kingfisher got sacked after she moved her parents from Y to J after doors closing. Someone staff grassed her up. The airlines in India are full of grasses and bum lickers especially in an female dominated industry. Girls will hold a grudge for ever while blokes will have a pint at the end of the day with the person they had bust up with.
I refer to Jet.

Right - we seem to have the same experiences - I was referring to Jet as well!
Amazing it's still happening!
