It's possible that the "second volcano" thread was closed a little too rapidly.
Sky News is reporting that another dust cloud is on its way from Iceland.
I'm stuck in Dublin trying to get back home to Toronto. What to do? I managed to get a flight early Tuesday morning on Aer Lingus DUB-BCN. Then I train it to Madrid. Then MAD-LIM on Iberia overnight Tuesday/Wednesday, connecting to AA for LIM-MIA-YYZ arriving late on Wednesday evening.
Question is, do I put myself through all that (and let's be truthful here, it's only the leg from DUB to BCN that is in Economy) or do I hunker down in Dublin? Well if the dust cloud gets here by early Tuesday a.m. and Irish airspace is again closed, then the decision will be made for me. But if I can get on that plane to BCN then I think I'm doing the right thing given the horror stories I'm hearing about how long it's going to take for things to return to normal.
Any feedback?
