there was a smoking area in the dfw terminal b ac, enclosed, vented, etc. now it is a tv lounge. generaly, there is a smoking area in the ac that serves international except strange places like lax. dfw terminal a has smoking areas in the ac and the flagship lounge. the rat fink award from smokers should go to denver- there (in the ua concourse), they have a bar in which you can smoke, however it has a 1 drink minimum- don't know if the other concourses have the same thing. ....edit to add... paying for a drink is better than trying to go outside!
