Maybe I need to be writing more letters on paper.

Z. Hd. is really an idiomatic translation for ,,attention`` (engl. ,,Attn:``).

For ,,care of``, it could be ,,Wohnhaft bei`` or ,,p.Adr.`` or just ,,Bei``.
