Stays are processed for PC credit automatically through Holidex. Each reservation shows up as a line item with either YES or NO under "Pts?" with the default being whatever the rate category is set up for. The hotel staff doesn't need to do anything and, if everything is set up right, eligible stays get points and ineligible stays do not. That being said, it's a good idea to check that screen daily to make sure things don't need to be manually corrected.
