yay! Happy resolution. The hotel agreed to move the res back to when I was thinking of going, keeping the T&C intact (refundable to 1600 BST). Also will allow me to cancel if I chose not to go after all. I think I'll rearrange my plans to make sure I stay there! If I can ever get to Europe again!
