Hey,
I have some discount certificates from a credit card. They require that the ticket be purchased via their travel agent. I can specify the flights, fare classes etc; as long as the tickets are purchased via their agent. I know that if I buy the tickets on continental.com I can confirm the elite upgrade at booking (I can see that via their website that there is availability). My question is how are the upgrades handled if via a 3rd party travel agent
