Figuring out where planes currently are on ground

Is there a good place where one can find out where planes are physically located at the moment? For example, BA49 for Tuesday (LHR-SEA) has already been cancelled, but the BA48 (SEA-LHR) still shows as scheduled. Is there a good way to find out if a plane already physically is in SEA?
