No, the passport thing through me off, but it was having to show it 2X in about one minute, they had changed the guard in checking passports, so I was in the middle of a madhouse of people, had put away, not needing til arrival in AMS, etc.

No, as for silverware, for the US, just the knife, most airlines have partial cutlery, but I have learned from the boards on here that the UK has required all plastic, which is ridiculous. FYI, AA has made major cutbacks in everything, almost makes me nervous to see what this airline has cut back in, understand, but want to know that they will be around for a while.

I hear that United is hemorraging in the millions. Not a good state to be in.
