Have a look at Catalina, or just up the road (and my preference) The Pier. In Bondi there's also Icebergs.

Sean's Panaroma on Bondi Beach is great (2 Chef's Hats this year) although the dining room is more like a beach cafe than high end.

Close to where I live, in Paddington, the Four in Hand pub has an excellent, but very small, restaurant.
