Every AS/QX flight will earn you miles... Do not worry about the flight number... As long as you are on an AS plane you will earn the miles, however, the tier status miles will count under partner not Alaska/Horizon...

My sister flew on a NW coded flight operated by AS last Dec. and got full credit for both flights...

Go ahead and book your DL flight Also, be sure to double check that all the other flights are operated by DL on a DL aircraft [avoid one of those codeshares with KL or AF at all costs, because you will not earn any miles on DL codeshares that are not operated by AS].
