tbh, I think the web interface is excellent - billpaychoice gives a month of extra float on, e.g., mortgage payment.
I guess it isnt bad, but its too hard to figure out what you spend where (again, at least compared to AMEX), and too many clicks to actually pay my account. I just want to get in, have a quick look at my spend, pay, get out. For that at least, AMEX rules :-D
