1989 January - God so long ago! TWA was the intl flight and DL was a small mainly domestic airline (before the Pan Am purchase) and CVG was a real hub.
I told the FA that I did not want the chicken sandwich and she brought me a turkey sandwich from First!
A full circle - I now have DM status on DL after straying to BA, AA then UA and US.
