few things necessary for it to qualify as a proof of business use letter.
The letter would need to be on AT&T letterhead and there would need to be
contact information for the person who wrote the letter. Also, As Mr.
Campbell is the person who placed you on the list he would need to remove
you once the correct documents are received.
