I'm booked for a flight in CW on Saturday the 24th. Assuming flights resume soon, but the flights are all overbooked with many stand-by passengers, will BA bump award passengers for passengers with paid tickets that were delayed? I'm on a ticket as part of one of the BA business opp. programs, but my status is with *A, not OW. Is it worth buying a seat assignment in advance (I've noticed the available seats filling up quickly)?
