Regarding the T1/T2 discussion, the conclusion is the OP will be arriving and departing from T1.

The Lisbon Lounge is indeed nice (review here). But the OP won't have access to it.

They're different lounges actually. The former is owned by Portway, whereas the latter is owned by Groundforce. The Blue Lounge is ok (review here), but the OP will be much better using TP's Premium Lounge, (except for the restrooms).

Actually T2 was already planned and built to also accomodate arrivals - that's why it has two floors. No additional construction works are therefore required. The discussion on what to do with it is still going on, but low-cost/charter remain the most likely option.
