If going back and actually I'd consider it,the Rosewood and mandarin [particularly the deluxe selva there] would be the ones we'd like to go to.
Mind you for a fairmont,their mayakoba property seemed very nice-especially the beach houses which were pleasantly near the main bar and restaurant that overlooked the beach and looked very dainty but modern.
