All arrivals should bring you into Terminal 1, where the luggage belts are.
But when googling for any update I did see that in 2010 arrivals were foreseen to be at Terminal 2. But this was 2007 info, and nothing recent I could find.

T2 and its domestic role were intended as a respite solution until the new facilities cam online in T1. The long term destiny of T2 has been mooted as a low-cost/charter terminal or continuing as a domestic terminal. For both these functions, arrival facilities would be required. I imagine the down-turn in traffic has made do-nothing the more attractive!
