to a 5 night stay starting tomorrow - lets see how personal the touch is this time around. Keep getting stonewalled with wanting to use my upgrade certs and told no suite (whichever they upgrade to) is available, yet see suites online (or did). Maybe with the volcano / ash some of those suite guests will be no-shows!
