I have been mystified by some of the phone calls some of the Skyclub attendants get. They seem to be acting in a reservation agent capacity or helping folks out with ticketing problems.

I have never called them other than to reserve a conference room. Am I missing out on a Skyclub benefit, or are people simply abusing the system by calling the Club instead of the reservation line?
