If it were me, I would wait to see how tomorrow plays out and look for updates on forecasts of where the ash is moving and a time frame of when it may (possibly) be moving out. If you do switch to MAD and it messes up your BCN-SVQ flight, can you pay the premium for the AVE (I ask because there is a chance that those flights intra-Spain could be booked full for a while because of people stranded the past few days)? I am seeing $88 one way from Madrid Atocha to Sevilla S. Justa departing either 10:05 or 4:10, all other times are $112.
