Walked in there at 10:30; asked and was told that they are open at 10am. There were about 7-8 people already settled down on the C side.

BTW, I only had to show my domestic UA BP with 1K printed on it. Was never asked for my MP card. Agent wrote down my name, UA flight number, and MP number (copied from BP) on her log sheet and let me in without any question.
