And just noticed that the 2 exit row on the A320 is shown as "occupied" on every A320 flight yet the SE desk (Not sure whether it was actually the SE desk doing my res today as the agent asked me whether I am a member of Aeroplan... } was able to assign me one of those seats today. So that's another 12 seats that could be unassigned.

So maybe I am getting ahead of myself? Anyways... I'll be prepared for Y, I didn't buy the right fare, so shouldn't expect a J seat, the agent did offer to get me an upgrade if I get the next highest fare, it was $2500 vs. $500 which is what I paid for!
